Commission Sheet 2016

Description

It's like the old sheet but smaller and more pricey. You know, kinda like food at an expensive restaurant.

Q/A:

Q: Will you draw my character naked?
A: No

Q: Can you draw my character with this other character, and they're making out and stuff?
A: No

Q: Will you draw blood or whatever?
A: I can draw more violent scenes, like combat stuff and things, but I have limits when it comes to that "cover my character in blood and have him drinking blood at a community blood drive and it's raining blood and Slayer is playing in the background" stuff.

Q: My character is an anthro/feral. Do you draw animals?
A: Yes. It used to be my specialty. It still is, actually.

Q: I have an idea/want a style that isn't on your sheet. How will that be priced?
A: Use the sheet as a guideline. If you talk to me about it and show examples of what you want, we'll work something out.

Q: How much extra for extra characters?
A: Probably another $5, but it really depends.

Q: What constitutes a "highly complicated background...?"
A: City streets. Intricate forests/trees in the foreground. Interiors. Heavy use of perspective. Just ask, it depends.

Q: What if I pay for it and I don't like it?
A: I'll show progress shots through the making of it, and in the sketch stage I might show you multiple options. I usually just show a sketch, and then finish it up, but if you want to see it at the line/color stage before I shade it, you can request that. Changes in the beginning are really easy to do, but if you want a major change after it's finished, it might cost extra, depending on what it is.

Q: When do I pay you?
A: You can either pay half up front and half after it's done, or pay it all after I show you the sketch.

Q: How long will it take?
A: I've stopped giving people estimates on when I'll finish because life is weird and always finds a way to mess up everything I love. It really depends on my life situation and how much stress I'm under at work/school.

Q: What should I have prepared before commissioning?
A: A character reference sheet (or cosmetic list with paints and team color for TF2 characters), general pose of your character, and your money. Or you could just have nothing ready, that's what I would do. If you're clueless but know you want a drawing of your character, we can talk and maybe get ideas.

Darn it, now who will draw this for me? jk. XD
Are these prices still the same for 2017? I'm getting paid in a few days and I'm on an commission binge. innocent spy by infamously-dorky
