Ok, Here's how this started...
We were on our ROTC field trip. And, On the bus, someone saw me put my money in my cap as a joke. He told me, "THAT'S GENIUS." So, Me and my friends started talking about all the other unrecommended uses of a garrison cap, and I came up with this.
