Almost Rukia

Trying to study color and stuff. Got into a lot of skin tone and contrast related stuff, tried to practice by drawing a  face... But then it looked Asian, and I was like, "Alright, it can be an Asian lady, that's k," but then it became Rukia, sort of...

I was trying to go for more realism on this one, though.
